June 25, 20178 yr It's simply a matter of not enough qualified people for the available positions. Most agr positions have very specific requirements listed as mandatory. There are also "desired" qualifications as well.

June 25, 20178 yr Makes sense now. I forgot about the airlines side of the issue. I just hope that wherever i'm hired I am able to obtain an AGR slot again, or at least a full-time slot.
