Screw this guy. Send him to jail and make him an example. I have been lased, and it's not cool - it didn't effect my vision, didn't make me go blind, but it did make me start looking at the ground...at night....and divert my attention towards where it didn't need to be.

This happens a lot, and it needs to not happen. Put this shitbag in jail - even if it's only for a week - and make it public knowledge, and the idiots with laser pointers will go back to their houses and use it to run their cats into walls.
