Trying to find the call sign of LtCol. Robert L. Wright (ret) who was the Operations Officer for the F-15 test squadron at Edwards in the late 80's, early 90's. He also flew F-4's before going to TPS. Any help anyone can give would garner you many internet beers! :beer:
