Well, it's well past 5 on the east coast. My unit has tomorrow off for the holiday weekend...kinda wondering if they're doing the same at AFRC.

Congrats monkey!

lbzrider14 thanks for the info!!! Do you know if this system is just for recruiters? I'm currently in the Reserves (sponsored by a Reserve unit) and have only been working with my Career Enhancement guy at the MPF...I'm wondering if he has access to this stuff?

Congrats, monkey! Just got word I was picked up as an alternate! Better than nothing!!!

Now someone needs to get a copy of this list and post it...

Agreed. I am in the same boat with Ravage. Not sure if the Career Enhancement personnel has access to this "list".

I believe anyone who is in personnel has access to the AFRISS-R system. It is a AFR database that contains every piece of information about you and what your recrutier has contacted you about, or what the AETC inputted for FCI medical results. Also, its where all your DD and AF (2030, 24, 56, 215) forms get scanned into once you complete them. You unit should be able to contact their base recruiter or personnel to pull up the system and search for your name. It will have a note probably from Mark Heatherly sayign something along the lines of "Reccommend approved by A1KP"

Would the guys who made it or got alt. post your PCSM and AFOQT scores if you don't mind? I'm just curious to see how they are picking this time. You can PM me if you'd rather not post that info.

I just found out from my Career Enhancement guy at the MPF that he hasn't heard of AFRISS-R. Guess we'll have to wait for the 'list' to be disseminated.

The insanity is starting to set in! Haha

lbzrider14: I hope that 99 pcsm is at the HIGH end of the curve!

Just found out I got an alternate.... pretty bummed. I hope they give some reasons why :(

I'd like to find out how any of the guys that were "alternates" at the last board fared this time around since this is a relatively new thing supposedly....

Not sure if there are a lot of alternates from last board applying to this one. Most of us that re-applied were just told flat out "no" last time.

What happens to alt selects? Do you get to fill a slot if someone drops out or is there a situation where a regular selectee would be dropped against his will?

Also, just curious if anyone received dates?

Weren't you the guy who was a non-select last board? Congrats dude! I remember seeing you post something about needing a waiver like 2 weeks after the application deadline for this June board. Glad things fell through for you!

I’m happy to know you were selected with a age waiver! i was not selected and i will now need an age waiver. How long did it take for the waiver to get approved and what were the circumstances for the waiver? I heard that it’s nearly impossible to get one.

Congrats to you guys that made it, it was certainly a competitive board. Below is some information on the average scores/stats for successful UPT applicants:

THE FOLLOWING ARE THE AVERAGE SCORES FOR SUCCESSFUL SUPT APPLICANTS:

AFOQT PILOT: 92.7

AFOQT NAVIGATOR: 75.8

AFOQT QUANTITATIVE: 71.0

AFOQT ACADEMIC APTITUDE: 69.0

AFOQT VERBAL: 60.0

What units did you all get picked up for?

The official list has been published. No dates though. If you need to know any names Pm me, I can look em up for you

Has anyone gotten dates yet?

I would hope those few guys leaving July 26th would've been told already. But judging from last board results, the board results came out 3 Dec, and the final updated list of dates came out 27 January. I wouldn't expect to hear anything until the first few weeks of August. Next available class date is Sept 13! I'm praying!
