I am the operations manager for Montrose Regional Airport Colorado (MTJ); I last posted seeking static display aircraft for our annual open house in September and appreciate the help I recieved from the Baseops forum. One of the requirements needed for AETC aircraft participation was an AETC Non-Towered Operating Agreement and contract fuel. In an effort to increase military training activity and to prepare for next years open house I am seeking guidance as to how to obtain an operating agreement?

Having had an operating agreement at a prior airport I know Montrose Regional meets the requirements for the agreement and I feel our airport would be a great new cross-country stop. The airport does not operate the FBO but I can attest the Black Canyon Jet Center is one of the nicest in Colorado. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.
