Wha'ts the percentage of DPs for O5, anyone know? It varies from board to board and is based on the target promotion rate and Needs Of The AF . It's announced in the commander's instructions and the candidate's formal notification. For the last several O-4 boards, it's been very high. It was 75% for the 2006 and 2007 boards. It was 55% for my O-5 board (IPZ) ('07) and I believe it's 55% for IPZers for the board that meets in Sep.
