05 yg here. I was offered continuation to 24 at the 2nd board, which was back in 2020. If I remember correctly, if you declined continuation then you received a DOS 6 months after the board approval. The offer was in the non-select letter. No ADSC for continuation. Guard/Reserve is a great option, but AD is still great if you can land a good “last assignment.”

I've been using the Garmin Fenix for a while. It's an awesome watch with a lot of cool features. The GPS can run all day on the battery, but pretty much only for one day.

like brabus said, welcome to the rest of your career. I received my orders 3 days prior to my RNLTD on my last PCS. Just make sure TMO knows when you are expecting to leave. I pretty much had all of theTMO paperwork filled out and only had to sign and make it official the day I received my orders. Hopefully you are near one that is as helpful. I think my TMO was just used to people getting screwed with last minute orders and did their best to help people out.
