    Timeline (Enlisted Guardsmen hired by homebase) New to the process December 2024: Interview/Notice of Selection February 2025:Approval to Appoint Packet/Medical Clearance Packet submitted to recruiter. -I’ve been told by my recruiter (it’s also his first time processing an enlisted hire so he doesn’t have a ton of info for me) the next step is an FC1 for me. How long does this usually take to get a date for? Also with my packets submitted by my recruiter can I be given temporary OTS dates pending my FC1 approval or will I not be given any dates until FC1 is approved and packets get approved by NGB?
