Does anyone know the details for booking the MFS on DTS? I received my LOA, but I haven't been able to find any details about the actual TDY. Are we suppose to stay at a specific hotel? Are we suppose to get rental cars?

Where can I get more information about the MFS before I book it on DTS?

Bottom of page 1 on the RIP you signed has reporting instructions. Basically it says there is a shuttle that leaves the front desk to make it to the 0730 show time at bldg 840. Must hand carry records.

Additionally if you didn’t know, in situations outside of this one, there is website devoted to course reporting instructions called ETCA. For some reason MFS isn’t on ETCA, but if you’re going to IFT it is on there along with almost any other course you will attend over your career. Such as SERE, water survival, etc.

Anybody know how it works to get their dates pushed to the right? I've received UPT RIPs and vmpf notification, but we're expecting a child around the time I'm supposed to PCS and class up. I told AFPC a month ago and my commander is looking into it but so far it's all fallen on deaf ears

I just went through this yesterday. Call the STUS Squadron that pushed you the RIP. They can help you out with everything.

Have you checked your SURF on AMS for projected trainings? Mine updates on Wednesday’s not sure if everyone’s does or if it’s a last name thing. But it had 3 lines that maybe can help you build some info

Double tap on this. My IFT was loaded into my CDB for me to see. I went to my CSS and they pulled my record and was able to see my MFS and UPT dates that were hidden. My SURF was clean though. Apparently it updated at midnight and the dates were loaded at 1 am. Also I got my assignment RIP from the CC this morning as well. See you all in Columbus!

Saw this on my CDB, but haven't received any emails. Everything I found related to this is the MFS, which is the last 3 letters of the code, but the 29th is a Thursday...don't these things happen on Mondays? Has anyone else seen this look like this? Also, this just dropped this evening and is 7 days away...wtf man emoji58.png20240220_232426.jpg

I'm sure they will post when they get first word, but I, too, am checking twice a day, as not knowing how to plan my life is a bigger wrinkle to my day-to-day than I thought it was going to be emoji28.png

I feel this. I almost replied to the contact lens email just to make sure they weren’t waiting on my response even though they said positive responses only.

After I get medically cleared they can take as long as they need on everything else. I just want that warm and fuzzy that I don’t have some random eye issue that was missed.

Anyone else had a smidgen of hope that they meant they were gunna post it on regular MyFSS on the 29th...meaning commander results today, or just me? emoji28.png

From what I'm seeing in that recent update, it looks like they are aiming to post to regular myFSS on the 31st and Secure by the 29th.  I think the 7 day advanced notification isn't happening this year due to the delays in staffing the PSDM placing them behind schedule on getting the results out.  I imagine there is 2nd and 3rd order effects from this such as MFS appointments not able to be met by those that received CRS not having the 30 days to submit their records and just the human factor of people having life events that might take priority over the short notice appointments.

With all that being said, I am hoping and being overly optimistic that results come out this week and they were being "safe" with their projection of next week.  Especially since it is already in the PSDM staffing phase.

He meant his buddy was at the 'fuge and needed to complete the viper profile since that's what he got out of enjjpt.

Thank you for clearing it up. I was talking with very limited knowledge there about the G training and I was super confused when he told me about it.  Makes sense though that there is different profiles since different jets do different things. All he said was only 16s and 35s had to attend whatever he had attended.

Well… while we wait another dang day, anyone know if they still giving out a10 slots for active duty pilots?

I got a buddy who just finished ENJJPT with F-16s and said while he was doing his advanced G training to 9gs (only for 16s and 35s) he ran into a few people who were being reclassed out of A-10 to F-35 due to a draw down. But it would make sense to keep the pipeline alive just to have a good distribution of experience through the platform.

I’m stuck in the weird dance where I’m checking the forum 29 times a day, and making myself overly accessible to my CC.

I have been laughing as I check the milsuite page 2 times a day at the views counter going up and up.

I am on the same level of feeling that Dillon said where the anxiousness has exhausted me that I don’t know if I would give as good of a response to a selection notification as I would have when I submitted the application. I’ve just been throwing myself into work and trying not to go crazy from checking all my records for a slightly change.
