UPDATE: This appears to be way to go for anyone who wants ECI points logged along the way. With the horrendous (borderline criminal) wait times for IDT/travel reimbursement these days, could be a great way to get a few retirement points without taking a massive paycut

Does anyone have any experience dealing with a Joint VA loan? Trying to crunch the numbers in jointly owning/refinancing a property with a non vet using the remaining portion of my entitlement. It would be used as a primary residence in the near term. I understand the VA only backs half of the mortgage amount, but is this something lenders will even entertain in the current environment?

Any updates on this from anyone who has completed a class under the new ASU learning system?? I made a similar Mypers inquiry before seing this thread, and the response from the tech vaguely alluded that PCARS would still update after each class was completed...
