[Guard VA Loan Eligibility]

Apologies if this has been discussed before - wasn't able to find anything through the search function. Does pilot training title 10 orders make a guard member eligible for a VA mortgage? Spoke with a a couple people at USAA and the VA and couldn't get a direct answer. Does anyone have any experience with this?

Way late and a little off topic here - Does anyone have experience with having a kid during MEST/seasoning orders? 

I’m being told that being on MEST doesn’t qualify me for paternity leave, even though it’s for longer than 30 days. Any insight is appreciated.
