FDNY is the only data point within the last few years so far, and he is significantly less (about 40-50 as 2020 pointed out). Otherwise, agree, it was pretty constant from your 1989 to about 2012 ish based on available data.
I just graduated earlier this month with approximately 134 hours in UPT roughly split down the middle between the T-6 and T-1. Another data point for what it's worth.

Try to talk to as many people as possible while you're there. If they invite you to go out with them after hanging at the squadron, definitely go. And it sounds cliche, but just be yourself. I'm pretty sure most people will notice if you're "putting on". Have fun, don't sweat it, and I hope it works out.

Thanks ssup. So you have your dates already? How long did it take you to receive dates after getting AFRC board approval? I'm dying to know my dates...haha

First time poster but I've been lurking for a while.
Just got picked up as an off the street UPT hire for a Reserve squadron. Here's my timeline thus far:
AFOQT/TBAS: January 2018
MEPS: March 2018
2nd time to MEPS: April 2018 (MEPS wanted me to come back because they said I needed a consultation, so I woke up early again, showed up, and they told me my consultation was cancelled and I needed a waiver for a surgery I had when I was 6 months old....)
Submitted Waiver: April 2018 (heard back in May 2018 that the SG wouldn't grant the waiver unless I completed my IFC1 at Wright-Patt)
Sent my stuff to Wright-Patt: May 2018
IFC1 scheduled: June 2018
IFC1/MFS: August 6-9 2018 (still waiting on final approval, but no one told me I had anything wrong and I only did each test once and passed each one, so I'm betting that I'm good to go. any words of assurance are appreciated haha...I know it's not official until it's official.)
Hired by squadron: September 9, 2018
I'm hoping to make the November AFRC board then get OTS and UPT dates soon after that. It's been a long process but I'm pumped to get in the air!
update:
Package sent to November AFRC board: November 2018
Squadron notified me of board selection: December 1, 2018.
My recruiter as of last week had not been notified about board selections yet, so now I'm just waiting on dates for indoctrination, OTS, UPT. Can you receive your dates before swearing in? and how do most people receive their class dates (in an email, from squadron/recruiter) ?

Hello everyone,
i got word that no one is going to the AFRC unsponsored boards, any truth to that?
Yes, I just got picked up by a reserve unit in September, and they were going to try to send me unsponsored to speed up the process, but then told me that unsponsored boards are suspended for the time being, so now I'm just going as a sponsored candidate. The unsponsored board may come back another time.

Question: MEPS told me I needed a waiver for a non-major surgery I had when I was an infant. I submitted for a waiver and the SG's office replied with something like (paraphrased) "willing to approve waiver if applicant completes FC1". So I completed my FC1 Aug 6-8 this year and when I was there I passed everything and the flight doc didn't seem to care at all about my surgery and he didn't think I needed a waiver. So, does an FC1 take precedence over/supersede the MEPS physical? I'm curious to see if the waiver will be carried through and attached to my FC1, or just dropped altogether based on the flight doc's opinion. Thanks for any insight!

have it from a trusted source at Vance that during a recent sexual assault hearing he referred to a female in question as a slut. not sure if said female was present or not and along with that he made some decisions that apparently Gen. Wills didn't like.
