[Young ANG/AFR guys, what did you do full time]

IMHO and USERRA aside, if your team will notice you're gone and constantly have to pick up your slack, it's not a great match for ARC flying.

Really? Airline is the most common denominator of jobs people do. What is your ARC background? I'd be interested to hear your experience
