  1. I’m seeing a large percentage of heavies per drop and very few fighters. Is that a good representation of the typical ratio, or is that just the “civil path to wings” guys?
  2. I know we’ve all read and heard that there are some instances where a guard/reserve fighter select that’s not doing too hot will swap with a heavy select during UPT. Just curious if anyone knows about how often that happens. I’ve heard washout rate for fighter selects is pretty high. Thanks in advance for any info!
  3. Any news from Madison, WI?
  4. Fingers crossed. I’ll just be happy to know either way so I can stop thinking about it. Haha
  5. Would anyone mind posting when/if they hear back from the 125th FW out of Jacksonville? Just so we can know we didn’t get it.
  6. Reviving the thread here. I know there are heavy guys out there that commute to do their guard or reserve flying, but I was wondering if there are any / is it possible to commute in to do your flying as a fighter guy. Just looking at the long term and being currently employed as an airline pilot, I would imagine it would be easier to live in base for my full time job then commute to the “part time” job once seasoning is complete. Any help is much appreciated!
