Looking at the Pilot statistics from last year, the PCSM median was 81, meaning half of the selects had over an 81 and half had below an 81. Curious to see the median of those who didn’t get accepted.

I'm glad I'm not the only one! Even if I get a slot and get orders for this time next year, I'm sure the senioritis won't change.

Maybe for the ones who get a Pilot slot, Commanders will let them know before Christmas and hold off for those who didn’t until after? I’m sure the Commanders would be excited to give the news as a great Christmas present but may be hesitant to give someone coal. Either way, I would want to know.

I'm curious how the notification system will work seeing as a lot of people wont be working late December and will be with family. Unless my Commander calls me I won't be checking myPers for the PSDM.

Found out I'm an URT Alternate! How excited/optimistic should I be about being picked up? Also I only applied for RPA.

Same...put in a package for RPA. I was expecting to find out Wednesday last week....Friday at worst and then nothing. I've been constantly unable to give family and friends and answer since "mid february" so now I'm just hoping I find out before everyone else does on Thursday.

I could ask my Commander how many slots there were for each category but hopefully someone should be able to let you know of selection/non- election.

True, even according to last year's process it seems like Commanders were notified the day after the PDSM was pushed out.
