[Guard ETP]

So I just just recently DQ'd from FC1 (can still obtain FC2) due to vision. I have a retinal scar that affected field of vision on one of my eyes which automatically disqualifies you from FC1. While I have a small blind spot on my right eye, I still have perfect field of vision using both my eyes. Does anyone know the likelihood of getting an ETP for my condition? I really hope this isn't the end of the line for me.

Is there any information online about the process of applying for an unsponsored applicant? Maybe I just suck at searching but I cant find any concrete information on the application process itself. Everything says go talk to a recruiter.
