    breaking-the-opr-code-writing-guide.pdf I came across this doc a few years back on an officer mentorship forum and its been pretty spot on. I'm mostly a lurker so not sure if I can actually post docs. If not, google "breaking the opr code pdf", it looks like the Texas Military Department has posted it.
