  1. FYSA, Barclaycard reduces your APR to 0% under the SCRA (debt does not have to be prior to entering service). The Arrival+ card effectively gives 2.2% back that can be redeemed for travel and is definitely worth a look. I'm told Citi does 0% as well, but can't personally confirm that yet.

    Edit: Citi responded to my SCRA request stating that only accounts opened prior to military service are eligible for relief.

    Barclaycard will reduce APR to 0% for length of service, remove annual fee ($90ish), and waive any other kind of fee (cash advance, foreign transaction, etc)

    That coupled with the 2x miles and 40,000 bonus miles for spending $3000 in the first 90 days is why the Arrival+ is my new favorite card.
