    PC disapproved. 99 grad, T-38 IP with 11 months left on ADSC (incurred by ACP). Hiring letter from ANG unit attached to application. Both SQ/CC and WG/CC recommended disapproval based on our dismal manning. Will reapply in 120 days, putting me at 5 months from end of ADSC. Nuke
