We just sent two of em home from Rucker because one of them stabbed the other. Over a table top EP. I shit you not.
From what I can see, seems like the most common thing is to find a U.S. Girl and marry her, then stay. I'll bet those women are real gems too...
No kidding? My stick buddy in Primary was Afgan Army. I have never been more scared in a helicopter. First time my IP rolled the throttle off during an SEF, my stick buddy just sat there and pushed the cyclic forward......and I just watched the Nr plummet.

Korea without alcohol is ######ing scary. All of the USAF ROK was GO-1 a weekend or so ago. Good thing the Army didnt care. Haha.

We are only getting maintenance test flights and NVG reset flights in my squadron. I logged 1.0 to reset goggles yesterday. Next weeks schedule has one flight on it, for one hour.

Yea no kidding. My buddy PLd at Florala. The Lakota showed up, got gas, and had to leave a crew member there just to take the PL'd crew back to Cairns.

Yea, since we get out fixed wing at Flight Safety, the USAF doesn't seem to like it. Most of the fixed wing guys at Rucker went through the 60 course first (unless they transitioned after a few years).

Sigh. I have a distaste for automation and an extreme distaste for Airbus products. I enjoy being the majority vote in the cockpit.
Good thing my sled has pretty much nothing to help me out. SCAS and heading hold. haha

Amen. We can drag the 58D's stinger all day long doing autos. Hell, I saw an aircraft pole vault off of one the other day.
