  1. Jon, which ETP thread are you referring to? Any chance you can send me your ETP stuff so I check it out? What is AFMSA and how can it override an AETC/SG DQ?
  2. Got a couple of messages so far, so I figured I'd give more insight. When I went to MFS as a cadet in '13 I scored a 50 on one eye for green on the color vision test (min back then was 75). The next day I had to take a slew of other color vision tests so they can build an argument saying I have a deficiency and "too much of a risk" to be a pilot and was DQ'd. Back in '15 I took a Flight Class III physical because I was competing to go combat, I scored a 65 on the test (min was still 75 back then) and got rejected again. Last year they changed the min score from 75 to 55, so I reapplied for pilot and scored a 60 when I did my FCI last Sept. As I was headed to the airport last Tuesday, MFS called me and said that because I scored a 50 back in '13 that's it disqualifies my passing FCI physical even though I scored above the 55 threshold in '15 and '18. The doc that called me told me since there's 2000 pilot applicants in the same pool they're not going to take the risk on one candidate with a medical issue. There's no fighting with medical, they're the approval authority and waiver authority. I went down that road when I was a cadet/2dLt. The only option I see is an exception to policy (ETP). Seriously, f*** medical.
  3. As I was headed to the airport on Thursday I was called by the MFS and was told that my TDY was cancelled and that I no longer am allowed to attend. They said since I took the color vision test as a cadet back in '13 and scored below the minimum that they're disqualifying my flight class I physical, even though I scored above the mins in '15 and '18. Looks like my pilot career is killed (again) thanks to medical.
  4. I’ll be at IFT with you guys starting 30 May! How did y’all find out about your PCS? Was it via email from FSS?
  5. My career data brief is showing projected training, B3OZYMFS 000, for 10 Apr. Anyone else getting that?
  6. I second this. If y'all want to DM each other for that info by all means, but it might be too much to post that on a public forum.
  7. The results have been loaded into MPF Secure, so your local FSS should be sending it out commanders today. If you have a solid MPF staff you should know the results by today! Good luck everyone! There were ~100 pilot slots I'm told. It doesn't say when or where you will be stationed just what slot you get. I wish everyone the best.
  8. I was talking to my buddy who is a MPS flt/cc and he told me the process. AFPC sends the results to FSS via vMPF secure. Once they get it they push it out to commanders, then the cc's notify us. He said nothing has been posted in vMPF secure yet so that's why we haven't received any news. The people who have already found out probably have a CC who knows somebody. There's still time today but my guess is it won't be uploaded until next week.
  9. I JUST NEED TO KNOW, AFPC! This is like Who Wants to be a Millionaire when you give your final answer and Regis just stares at you for an ungodly amount of time.
  10. That’s horrible! I’m sorry dude. How did they dq you if your IFC1 was cleared? Are you trying to fly on the civilian side?
