  1. Thank you all for the info. Following up on JavaDocF16’s post, are you saying creatine supplementation should be avoided all-together or just during periods of intense training? All the studies I’ve seen have indicated it is safe and effective for standard strength training, would be curious if you have any studies with evidence to the contrary. Thanks in advance.
  2. Hi all, I did a deep dive on this forum and couldn’t find a solid answer to this question. I’m headed to Wright-Patt at the end of February for my FC1, will I have any issues with urinalysis, blood work, etc. if I am taking supplemental creatine? Thanks in advance.
  3. From a bro: “Jax phone interviews to go out in the next 1-2 weeks”
  4. Interview invites went out a few weeks ago. Not sure if they are planning on sending out TBNTs or not. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news.
  5. I also got a TBNT yesterday, interview invites went out on the 7th. Best of luck, onto the next one.
  6. I had a blast! Definitely a lot of people there, but I really enjoyed the base tour and all the convos I had with the pilots and other rushees.
  7. Hey @O Face, I‘ve got a couple applications in at units that are across the country from where I am currently. I’ve heard the advice that you should emphasize how much you love the area where you’re applying, talk about any friends/family connections in the area, etc… This approach has always seemed slightly disingenuous to me though, and it seems like you agree as someone who sits on the other side of the table. If I’m fortunate enough to interview at these units, I feel like the better approach is more along the lines of “Obviously I’m not from here, and I haven’t spent much time in this area, but I’m jazzed about the XXXX mission and the XXXX airframe, and it would be an honor to have the chance to move here if given the opportunity.” Does this sound like a better approach to take? Thanks for your time.
  8. Negative. I’m in a group chat with ~10 people who rushed there a couple weeks ago and none of them have heard anything either.
  9. Anyone heard from Vermont? I submitted a couple weeks ago and emailed for confirmation of receipt but never heard back…
