This is much more about reducing the size of government/federal employees than it is getting people back into the office. But since it’s extremely difficult to fire/layoff a federal employee, getting them to leave on their own sounds like the next best thing.
Do we really need 2.4 million federal employees?…and that’s not even counting the military or those working for the post office.

None of this matters because according to the progressives as what they said before this past November 5th, if Trump were to win, then it would be the end to our democracy, since he’s a wannabe dictator, traitor, rapist, etc. But now that Trump has won, what are these progressives going to do? Start a revolution? Get their states to secede? Move to another country? If you’re really this concerned, don’t you do something? Or was all that crap they said before November just BS rhetoric?…which is why I don’t care what they think about Trump, what Elon Musk says or does, whether or not they like Hegseth, on and on.
Progressives only care about their ideology, and that’s it, and that’s all they have.
