I've been getting redirects to url4short (which is what the chrome warning references) when visiting the site from a google search randomly for several weeks. It looks like this guy here, http://peter.upfold.org.uk/blog/2013/01/15/cleaning-up-the-ip-board-url4short-mess/, found and diagnosed similar issues with the same software.
