See the Flight Surgeon. Not a problem, but they have to be approved and in your records. If you haven't taken them before (as documented in your records)you will probably have to be grounded for several days to "rule out" reactions to the medication. The best time to do that is as soon as you start UPT...not flying anyway for a few weeks. However, make sure the flight doc will still let you do the alt chamber and other physiologic training which requires a 1042.
