I have been sitting in staff job for the last five years and would like to get back into flying. Since the Fixed Wing Qualification course was cancelled in 2012, I am only limited helicopters in the USAF. green_blue_pilot Posted May 28, 2018 Author Share Posted May 28, 2018 Way too old for FW slot. Plus, I am a senior O-4 in my 40's that just went to my O-5 board. I have reached out to CA, HI, AK & AZ already. I heard the pipeline at Kirtland is backed up right now. I heard there are CV-22's openings in the ANG, but they are only taking prior qualified guys.
