I found some random number at the wing level i.e. finance, FSS, whatever and asked for ANY contact number they had for the flying squadron. I got lucky and happened to get the DO's number. Regardless, whoever answers the phone at the squadron level is damn near guaranteed to know who is in charge of hiring and can either connect you to them or give you their number.
