The one sample I found online said to do this but just wanted to make sure. 2) Some older info online makes it seem like I should "N/A" Item 1 on page 4 ("I have read and understand HQ USAFRS FS") and initial the other three items (A, B, and C) under Item 2, Short Notice Orders.
