While it sets a good example to others to not do things like molest little children, the person doesn't suffer enough for their crimes. Even if some dirtbag is executed in the US, it still takes 10 yrs on death row. I can't even imagine how much safer our country would be if we applied similar punishment to shitbags like this guy. Nail this piece of shit's balls to the seat, give him a dull knife, and light it on fire. If he makes it out, Toro's plan is a good follow up. That should fix it.
