I think through all my time in SE Asia I’ve spent about 16 months in the PI, to include quite a bit of time Angelas City and Olongopao. I’ll add you one better.... it was an accompanied Duty Station. i can only imagine the F’d up skew of reality you’d have to be in to bring your wife and kids to that place.
