    Low PCSM?

    Hello, I have taken the AFOQT and TBAS. My AFOQT scores were 90/89/87/93/72. My PCSM was 65. I have, 2 flight hours (intro flights - was in a tough spot financially for awhile but wanting to go back and do more). 2 principal questions: 1) is this PCSM crap? I have no idea what the scale is; and 2) while I'm sure it's recommended, would getting more flight hours/ a PPL be dispositive or decisive on an application? I understand that for ANG it is likely to be, but for the active component? Thank you.

    Army Officer to USAF Pilot

    I'm currently a 2LT on Active Duty in the Army (non-aviation). Although, I'm excited to serve the next three years of my contract, I'm interested in becoming a pilot in the USAF, either on Active Duty or in the Reserves . I'm currently deployed and have had a great experience interacting with the crew of a C5 on the way into theater and my long term goal is to learn how to fly fixed wing. I've also heard there's been a pilot shortage for quite some time. Is it possible to pivot my career into the Air Force and become a pilot? If so, what does that process look like?
  3. I'm currently 12 sorry about my age but I'm really wanting to know what i need to get into the air-force. I have Polytheistic kidney disease and i want to know if that's a problem. And what degrees do I need to get into the air-force. I want to be a Fighter Pilot. So please help me with this. I will respond asap.
  4. Hey folks, I'm trying to start back up GuardReserveJobs.com. I realize it used to be a great central resource for units looking to hire and people looking to get hired. I've rebuilt the site, and I'm hopeful for a decent amount of traffic. What I could really use is the word of mouth network to spread the request for units to post job offers and for people to post their resumes. Thanks in advance for helping me to rebuild what used to be a great resource for folks fed up with active duty life and for ANG/Reserve units!
