  1. I put UPT, URT, UCT... I figured RPA might be more useful in the civilian sector than WSO, NAV, EWO
  2. I feel you man. To me, it always felt like the same people got what they wanted and I always got shafted. 7 more years to that retirement tho. If you can get AGR, that would be pretty sweet. I got some contacts with recruiters in California (KC-10, C-17, KC-135, C5). PM me your usaf email if you are interested.
  3. Good luck! I feel like the chances might be better next year. This year was tough... I got CSO my first try and got RPA my second. With my AFSC shutting down, I literally have no choice to go RPA if I want that 20 year retirement. Also, that really was some dumb a** shi* pulled by your leadership. All they had to do was read lines and names properly.
  4. Yo, this is def BS. Based on that score alone you should have gotten UPT. Did you have a GO sign your package? I hear it helps make a difference too.
  5. To be honest, I don't know. Might look into some reserve options. The shitty part about this for me is that I have to find a new career field because I declined joining the Space Force (joke away). Air Force is disabling my 13S career field in a year. The options are get out, find a new career field in a year other than RPA, or RPA.
  6. Got RPA. Kinda bitter. Really wished for a pilot slot. Damn. PCSM 87, Pilot Score 88 w/ PPL. Second application. Sincerely, congrats to everyone who got the slots they wanted. Everyone put the hard work to get here. I just didn't get what I wanted or thought I would get.
  7. My brother was part of the PPP. They have chat group where MAF staff post unconfirmed information in there. From what I heard, RPA lost more people than they took on last year. I believe RPA numbers won't be affected too much, only UPT slots.
  8. I got an update through the grapevines so take it with a grain of salt. They were slated for 75 Pilot slots last year, but decreased the slots to only 60 this year. However, filling these slots is another story. Supposedly, there is a chance that the selection for pilots can be low in the 5-10 slots range due to this stupid pandemic. I am assuming this is due to the training pipeline getting clogged. If this happens, supposedly, there is a contingency plan to allow people to pull their applications back or not have this year count as an attempt so people can decline to apply again. All rumorville. This royally sucks. My brother and I both got our PPLs to apply this year... Of course we had to have a damn pandemic in the process.
