  1. This thread helped me out a ton for my interview with a C-17 unit. Ended up doing very well and got picked up. Here's what I can remember. 1. Tell us a bit about yourself 2. Tell me about a time where you succeeded. Tell me about a time where you failed. 3. some questions about my current career field which some of the board members were unfamiliar with. 4. Why the C-17/How did you get here? 5. What are the capabilities of the C-17/What role does it fill? And a few follow up questions from my answers. I might be missing a question or two, but the previous pages of this thread basically covered all the questions I experienced. The questions here were super valuable! The best advice I can give is try to be relaxed. if you have made it all the way to the interview, you are qualified for the job. Now they want to know if you're someone they could work with for the next 5, 10, or 20 years.
  2. I'm very sorry if this has been talked about here before, but I cannot for the life of me find an explanation in the search. Basic background: Enlisted aircrew (E-5) with the CA Air National Guard and I am looking to apply for ANG/AFRC pilot positions. I am seemingly ready to submit my applications. I have my degree completed, AFOQT/TBAS completed/PCSM generated, over 100 hours of flight time (with PPL), and three letters of recommendation in hand. But I am now finding out how little I know of what exactly is contained in an application package? Is there a guide available for building one or do I just need to send scores/resume/letters of rec into the units I'm interested and complete the rest of the package after the interview? Thanks in advance for any help, it is much appreciated!
  3. These are a game changer. With exercises and stretching I've fixed many upper back and neck issues.
