Was the Lt Col a former pilot who got to switch tracks? Can't possibly have come from UPT right?

Hi everyone, I've searched on this board and online but haven't been able to find an answer. What is the policy on ICL's for Class I flight physicals across all the branches? Are they automatically disqualifying? Are they even detectable? Thanks.

Hi everyone, is anyone by chance either with the 163d at March ARB or knows how things are done there? They have RPA Pilot vacancies listed on the website but there's no hiring/application information as to whether they are taking applicants from the street or only qualified pilots. Calls and emails to both the recruiters and unit commander have gone unanswered. Thanks for any information.

Hi, I have searched everywhere for the answer to my question and left many messages to recruiters to no avail, so I'm hoping you guys can help. Do Guard units hire RPA pilots from the outside or do they only pick from current flyers/trained RPA pilots? I'm specifically interested in the 163d Recon Wing if anyone happens to be with them. And since we're on the topic of recruiting, is poor vision (-7.50, correctable to 20/20) waiverable for RPA pilots? I couldn't find the vision standards for FC II "U" online. Thank you.
