  1. LOL. Welllll, I was talking about the people who can't handle drones because of the emotional impact of the mission. As far as people who hated the drone mission getting out, good for them. It was a rotten deal for a bunch of folks, glad to see a lot of them flying manned a/c now.
  2. It always pissed me off reading this crap. I spent three and a half years doing this mission. Never met anyone that had issues. Just makes us look like a bunch of senstive pussies. Unless your ass is getting shot at, STFU. And if you can't handle drones, GTFO.
  3. 1 year, 2 years if you want to get typed. That was for the PIC position. Not sure about the new SIC position they just made up. They had zero idea about how long upgrades would be or if there would be.
  4. Nope, thats new hire pay. They say it's a new thing they are trying, the SIC position. It used to be you were hired on same rate and once spun up you would swap seats. It's ridiculous since the reason you get paid bank over there is, well, you're over there. So there shouldn't be such a discrepancy between seats for pay.I understand with things dying down pay may drop, but 300$ a day?? No thanks.
  5. Anyone working for Avenge or any other MC-12ish gig? Got a call for a PIC position at 476$ a day, only to have them swap it to a SIC for 310$ a day.60 on 60 off. Seemed like an extreme lowball offer.
  6. I'll be in Pattaya drinking Singha with Graham and Moon at the Wild Chicken.
  7. Huh?, This makes no sense. Go home, you're drunk.
  8. Any other reg out there besides AFI 36-2905 that dictates PT tests prior to deployments. AFI 36-2905 just says you need a PT test that is current when you deploy, regardless if it will expire a day/week/month into your deployment. 2.12.4. Deployed Location. Members must have a current fitness score on file prior to deployment. Member will not be considered "exempt" in the deployed location until their current FA expires. If a member fails before deploying and their OPR/EPR closes out after the deployment starts, member will be marked "DOES NOT MEET STANDARDS" on the OPR/EPR. If they pass, they will be marked "MEETS STANDARDS" on the OPR/EPR. The only time "exempt" should be marked is if their current FA "expires" and they are in a deployed location where they CANNOT test.
  9. You lose the Nav and Eng and now you have to actually work.
  10. nah, Creech is the tip of the spear.
