  1. Does anybody know this guy, email or anything? I am pretty furious reading about this and I want to talk to him, make sure this isn't a part of something bigger, and if not see what I can do. I am just over it...we are fighters but the Social Justice Warriors expect us to be social workers

  3. Using this logic, if we all get some sharpies and draw dicks near the offices of toxic, chickenshit Air Force leadership - they'll be fired!

  4. Apparently people forget this used to be allowed.

  5. I have it on good authority from AF leadership that a BUFF squadron cannot drop bombs on time on target because of dick pics.

  6. I am not. Since I’m here at Wright Patt, USAFSAM did my physical, therefor I do not require MFS. And since color is no longer tested during the annual physical, I should be out of the woods on that. For me, the CCT was a bear. Being moderately color deficient, ive never had a problem with the CIV tests like the ishihara plates. Ive had an FAA medical since 2010 and (up until taking the CCT) never knew I had any sort of “deficiency.” Background: FAA Class 1, PPL prior to ROTC comissioning. Had pilot slot out of ROTC but was stopped senior year when we did our initial physicals at Wright Patt. CCT highlighted that there was some sort of color deficiency, which I had no prior knowledge of up until that point (i.e. I had my PPL, how is that possible??). To say I had choice words with the optometrist is an understatement... My advice on the CCT, just take your time. Ask the tech who’s running the test to explain what the best moves are when you can’t see the letter. You’re obviously on a time clock with selecting letters, but when it comes time to switch eyes, take as long as you need for them to adjust.

  8. I'll have to go back and look at my form. I don't remember what the stamp said anymore. I was just excited to have it stamped on time. Today I thought I'd relax a bit and watch some UPT drop night videos to Distract myself.... Do not recommend... Now all I can think about is T38 form flights and how upset I'll be if I don't get to do them. 😣

  9. People aren’t leaving the Air Force. People are leaving because senior leaders and their decisions keep getting worse and worse. And the military is an ever increasingly bad environment to live and work in. People, even some of the most self centered, probably feel some sort of attachment to the military and service. This is getting out of control. The politically correct culture is destroying the ability to get the mission done. And one day will cause un repairable damage to our country. Finger’s revitalize the squadron was a nice thought. And could have worked except it failed from launch because it was all done in light of PC not the mission.

  10. So he didn’t condone the behavior, tried to stop it, and still got fired. Sounds about right for the AF.

  11. PIREP from a current applicant (me). Yes, MOST of your pilot credentials info will transfer, but there are many transposition errors necessitating a complete scrub of your app. Do not assume that just because you have and up to date PC profile that your app in the new system will be good.

  12. DoD would need to cleanse tons of current usage and past history to eliminate the number 69 and Phallic Symbols from the books. IMHO, 69% or more of the ordnance items we store, load, fly, drop everyday "in my perverted/simple mind" look like a penis and function like a penis. The US military (this goes for the rest of the world also) commonly utilizes #69 to ID these penis shaped ordnance items including; bombs, projectiles, rockets, nukes, etc. There are also a few other #69 designated items (components/equipment/etc) the US military has developed that are suitable for use in the traditional #69 sexual mode of operation like "the M-69 Vietnam era flak jacket with a M-69 gas mask (PRC gets credit for this item)". Here's just a few examples of ordnance/other stuff identified by #69 and there's tons more:<) GBU-69/B Small Glide Munition; The newest GBU in the USAF arsenal. M-69 Mortar W-69 Nuke Warhead which was the physics package contained in the AGM-69 SRAM (retired in 1993). The AGM-69 SRAM was carried by the B-52. If the USAF was still using the AGM-69 with W-69 Nuke Warhead - they'd be used as one of the primary nuke ordnance loads for the B-52's of the 69th Bomb Squadron. The PC crowd would have a fit with this type of Triple 69 (69/69/69) sexual/nuke/Phallic Symbolism. Today, I have no doubt, that this Triple 69 formation would be the first item on the chopping block at the upcoming New START negotiations. M-69 Incendiary Bomblet "Which Spewed Burning Gelatinized Gasoline That Stuck to its Targets"; General Lemay would be canned today for employing this Phallic Shaped/designated #69 weapon with such sexually explicit effects. I'll close with this tune that will eventually be banned from all US military installations due to its sexual genesis (although it would make a good theme song for units designated with #69); ""Summer of '69" and its lyrical meaning. Adams said the song was about sex and making love in the summertime. "69" is a reference to the sexual position, 69". https://youtu.be/9f06QZCVUHg?t=2

  13. I have not gone through a special selection board but I did spend a stint as the assignments officer for my career field (not on the porch). Here's what I can tell you from my memory... If you are missing items, last I heard, the default answer is to allow the member to meet the supplemental board. What does the supplemental board look like? They essentially recreate the board that you met. Meaning, the records of folks that need to meet the supplemental board are intermingled with a controlled sample from the original board. This sample represents the cut-off that occurred at that board. If your record can beat the records that made it across the finish line...then you will be promoted. If not, then you do not promote. A word of advice. I had a member's put a crap-ton of hope into "Well my joint time was incorrect" on my record. But in the end, it didn't move the needle. Don't get me wrong, every inch counts (Al Pachino--Any Given Sunday)... but be mindful that you aren't creating false hope.

  14. For everyone’s SA...yesterday FedEx changed their application website away from PilotCredentials. Link below. If you had an app on file, they’re saying it all transferred. Login ASAP and make sure that data sync worked! Good luck to all. Boxes > people. https://careers.fedex.com/pilot

  15. I know him from my first ops assignment. Great guy, heard he was a great SQ/CC as well, both at home station and deployed. Overall, I don’t know if there is more to the story though. I will PM you his Air Force email this morning. Appreciate you willing to look into it.

  16. Certainly in bad taste, but c'mon. You do that to your kid and expect nothing? The kid is the only victim here and the agent isn't the primary suspect.

  17. IPZ. It's still difficult to pull a DP from the school MLR BTZ from what I've gathered. My point from the post was that if you're in student status for your IPZ look and you get a P or DP, your chances at getting promoted are nearly 100....so it's not that big of deal of you come away from the school MLR with a P.

  18. With no outright DP, and if the MLR doesn’t net you a DP...the push line “If I had a DP...” is key.

  20. Same thing coming out of the field for the Army. Every call to the boss just goes ”I need a one time flight approval....” and 2 hours later there is a flight of 4 outbound from Irwin/Polk/etc where only is FMC and 1 should be flat out red X.
