For whatever it's worth, I got tentative B-course dates for eagle FTU in November, no orders are cut, but there are definitately FY14 stuff in process at the Guard bureau.
And you will rarely get UPT/IFF/FTU dates all at once. I didn't get my IFF dates until I was almost done with 38's
