Sorry for the intermittent service / database errors. Looks like our robust setup (VPS) was plagued by some server issues that were eventually resolved by the webhost - simultaneously, there were other errors within the software/db that had to be resolved by the software provider.

I'm have no idea - I've spent a total of about 6 hours of my life at Al Udeid...
What I do know is that the customer service folks I have are infinitely more responsive than any A6/N6/S6/J6 I've ever worked with.
