When trying to access the forums (flyingsquadron.com) I get redirected to a page that says IPS driver error. I normally use Mozilla Firefox, but even Internet Explorer gives me this problem. I've been getting the error off and on the last two days. Anyone else have the error?

Same.
Baseops.net, it happened several times over the past several days.
I get the message "IPS driver error. There appears to be an error in the database." from different computers at different locations.
Any luck determining the problem?

Same here. But not on every computer I tried, so I thought it was a problem with mine.

I use Mozilla version 2.0.0.14 and IE7 version 7.0.5730.13 if it matters.

The Supreme Administrator has been working the problem over the past two days and it appears he has fixed the problem.

Of all the weapons in the vast Soviet arsenal, nothing was more profitable than Avtomat Kalashnikova model of 1947. More commonly known as the AK-47, or Kalashnikov. It's the world's most popular assault rifle. A weapon all fighters love. An elegantly simple 9 pound amalgamation of forged steel and plywood. It doesn't break, jam, or overheat. It'll shoot whether it's covered in mud or filled with sand. It's so easy, even a child can use it; and they do. The Soviets put the gun on a coin. Mozambique put it on their flag. Since the end of the Cold War, the Kalashnikov has become the Russian people's greatest export. After that comes vodka, caviar, and suicidal novelists. One thing is for sure, no one was lining up to buy their cars.

All,
I just managed to get the forums back up and running. It has been a marathon effort (thanks to the help of several customer support staff members...)
We are good to go now. We may go offline in the near future to upgrade the services of this server to a more robust, more modern, and ultimately more expensive server to keep up with the traffic. I will post an announcement prior to the scheduled downtime.
One change as of tonight - the search criteria changed once more back to the old "full text search" version -- this is due to the size of the forums (ten times greater than the recommended size for the manual search method) -- this may disallow short search strings such as "upt" or "t6" -- so you'll have to get creative in your searches -- or we risk massive resource use and possibly crashing the server (until we upgrade to a greater resourced server...)
